How does the current transfer ratio (CTR) vary across temperature? Why doesn't the datasheet have CTR vs Temp data?

Figure 6-20 shows that the CTR changes with temperature only when the forward current is very small.

Hi Adam,

The Figure 6-20 provides the collector current over temperature for a given forward current. As Clemens has said, the customer can calculate CTR from these curves based on their forward current.
