    Hello,

    Thank you for your question.

    Since the ISO721M-EP device is a very old device, we do not have an IBIS model.

    Considering the above point, the ISO7710 (1 channel) or the ISOS141-SEP (Radiation tolerant 4-channel) digital isolator devices may be an option for you. These devices are much newer and simulation models are provided.
