ISO6520: I need a spice compatible model for simulation

We currently do not have a SPICE simulation model available for the ISO65xx family of devices as of now. We currently only have an IBIS model available for the ISO6521. Please find it in the link shown: https://www.ti.com/product/ISO6521#design-tools-simulation.

Although it is not a simulation, another option for evaluating the device would be using the EVM for this device: www.ti.com/.../ISO6521REUEVM
