ISOW1432: ISOW14x2 material and construction

If you are asking whether DIN VDE V 0884-11 or IEC 60747-17 have any requirements to use a specific construction and material, then the answer is no. I do not believe they require us to use a specific construction or material but they do consider specific margins certifying isolation ratings. I am copying below the screenshot from datasheet which describes the margins considered by VDE in granting isolation ratings.
