Hi,
which load could a UCC15241 deliver with a supply from an other UCC15241. (Two of them in series)
The first UCC15241 will deliver 2.5W at 24V output. I will use this as supply for the second one.
To get a bigger isolation distance.

Is a diagram available with efficiency over output current?

Check your max power derating vs temperature according to the curves published in the data sheet. If the first UCC15240 is delivering 24V@2.5W, the second UCC15241 (24V output) will be limited to approximately 2.5W*0.5=1.25W. 1.25W will be your final, "double reinforced" isolated output. What application requires >5kV isolation?

We have to observe much more than "only" the isolation voltage, e.g. high above sea level.

For the case of 2x UCC15241 in series to increase the total isolation safety voltage rating, we have not characterized efficiency, startup, transient and other electrical performance measures. Attached is some work I did with UCC12051 (similar type of isolated bias device as UCC15241). Maybe you can follow this and apply it to your consideration/evaluation of UCC15241?
