ISOS141-SEP: Suggestion for the production of other space-level products in the same series.

I would suggest the additional fabrication of isolated signal transmission components in space-grade products.

Currently, the only space-grade product is the ISOS141FDBQSEP with 3/1 ch, but I would like to use the 4/0 ch and 6/0 ch as well.

Below EM, commercial grade -> Above EM, space grade
ISO7741FDBQ -> ISOS141FDBQSEP (for isolated SPI communication)
ISO7740FDBQ -> like ISOS140FDBQSEP? (for isolated single-phase full-bridge with bootstrap)
ISO7760FDBQ -> like ISOS160FDBQSEP? (for isolated three-phase full-bridge with bootstrap)

Currently, I'm planning to deploy more ISOS141, but if there is a new product, I think the burden due to space constraints will be reduced. (especially 6/0 ch)

    Hello,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    Currently, we only have the ISOS141-SEP (DBQ package) available as the space-grade digital isolator. This is currently available in F and non-F variants, which is related to the default output state.

    We currently do not offer 6 channel or 4 forward channel devices at this time.
