Please let me check the specifications of ISO7231M (SLLS867L).
6.3 Thermal Information states that RΘJA is 168℃/W for the DW-package.
However, in the TEST CONDITIONS of 6.8 Safety Limiting Values, RΘJA is presented as 212℃/W.
・Which is the correct RΘJA for DW: 168℃/W or 212℃/W?
・If I modify a datasheet, will a new PCN be issued?
