ISO7221M: Specification differences between Rev.Q and Rev.R are unclear

I compared the characteristic specifications in the Rev.Q data sheet with those in Thermal Characteristics, Safety Limiting Values, and Thermal Derating Curves, but I could not find any differences.

Please tell me which parts have been updated.
(I understand that the numbers in Figure x-x are different)

Similarly, if we focus only on ISO7221M.

In the electrical section, is the only difference CI TEST CONDITIONS (2πft), f=2MHz?
In the switching characteristics section, have you changed only "tf" and "tr"?
