TPS54202: TPS54202DDCR_Worse case junction Temperature calculation.

Tool/software:

TPS54202DDCR was used for +24V to +5V DC-DC convertor section.
As per Datasheet mentioned Tj as 125 C, RθJA as 89.2C.
Working condition will be ambient only.
What is the worst-case Tj temperature if my output current is 1A.

    You can use the Webench tool to estimate : webench.ti.com/.../261

    The IC Tj is 133.61℃ according to the webench simulation result.

    What's your end equipment and application needs? You can choose TPS62932, The IC Th will be 60.8℃ under Vin=24V,Vo=5V,fsw=500kHz. And the recommended Tj_max of TPS62932 is 150℃.
