we have one cluster product with CAN interface and schematic design attached.

Here d6 and d7 TVS diode are randomly damaged if we have connected with BMS and motor so please suggest which part is suitable for this design?

And existing part number is DF2S6.2FS,L3M

Hi Bindu,

The TVS diode DF2S6.2FS seems to be a suitable for logic I/O pins (5V) but not suitable for CAN bus (typically 40V). Therefore, it gets damaged when used with CAN bus. Please refer to the below application note from ISO1042 product page that explains how to choose a TVS diode for CAN bus.
