I need to design a isolated DC/DC converter for 24V input, 5V@500mA output using SN6507. I would like to go with custom toroidal transformer design.
I have no difficulties to calculate the Vt product, transformer turns ratio and all other parameters and resistance values.
How to calculate the number of primary turns or primary inductance value with Vt product? Is ther any formula or application notes to do the calculations?
I'm using a senduct toroidal core KS050-125A and I have attached the datasheet of the core here. Please help me to calculate the number of primary turns or primary inductance of the transformer with the given core material.

Please see below FAQ on primary inductance of the push-pull topology using SN6507.
As stated in the FAQ, SN6507 doesn't have a direct dependency on primary inductance or turns-ratio. I am not too familiar with estimating primary inductance or turns-ratio based on the V-t product, the transformer vendors should have the expertise on this topic and you can reach out to them.
You can use the below two transformers from SN6507 datasheet as reference while designing your transformer, thanks.
