The STEP files for any package can be found in the product folder and downloaded using TI's Ultra Librarian tool. Please find the package you need on the website and follow the suggested steps after clicking the package's ultra librarian link.

Thank you for clarifying. It looks like I tested the DFG package which works. The step files are not available to me, sorry for the inconvenience.
