There is no P2P replacement.

ti.com/cross-reference-search says that the most similar device is the ISOW7842, or the improved ISOW7742. The ISOW devices can provide more power, but have a lower maximum signal speed.

Clemens rightly suggested, there's no P2P replacement for the 24pin ADuM5412.

Our Cross reference tool do suggest ISOW7842 as the closest similar device but I would recommend to opt for the improved version ISOW7742 for superior performance including EMC Compliance
