Hi,
Is it possible to say something about how large the differential leakage current across the isolation for the ISOW14x2 is?

Håkon

Hi Hakon,
Thanks for reaching out.
The datasheet of ISOW1432 specifies isolation resistance, RIO, as >10TΩ at room temperature. Since this is the resistance of the isolation barrier, you can use this to calculate the current going through it by dividing the voltage applied by the RIO. i.e., if voltage applied is 1kVDC then the leakage current through isolation barrier is going to be ~1nA (=1kV/1TΩ). Thanks.
