ISOW7842: Is there a suggestion for an additional power supply isolation IC?

Hi team,

 I used ISOW7842DWE IC in old product.

Because large current is required to supply the peripheral circuit, so planning evaluation using the additional power supply instead of this  built-in power supply ISOW7842DWE IC to design new products.

Is there a suggestion for an appropriate isolation IC?

    You could use an isolated power module like the UCC15240-Q1, but if you need more than 2.5 W, you have to build your own isolated power supply with a discrete transformer.

    Hi Jenny,

    No, We Don't have any other Isolation Device with Built in DC-DC Converters which can support higher load currents compared to ISOW78XX Family of Devices.

    Just in Case, If you want to Decouple In-Built Power Supply and Just Use Isolation Device you Data Transmission, then I would recommend using our Latest ISO6442 and ISO7742 Devices for Superior Performance. 

    As Clemens Suggested for power Requirements, you can chose any of the provided options. You can also use Transformer Driver Parts (SN6505, SN6501)  with a discrete transformer for Isolated power supply.
