I don't see any issues in the schematic and it should work fine.

Just a few suggestion for optimized EMC performance:

1. C644 and C649 should be 10nF. Currently it is 100nF
2. Ferrite Beads between VDD pin, GND1 and Primary Supply Positive, Negative respectively.
