    Thanks for reaching out

    The Schematic over all looks good.

    Just a few suggestion for optimized EMC performance:

    1. C641 and C752 should be 10nF. Currently it is 100nF
    2. Ferrite Beads between VDD pin, GND1 and Primary Supply Positive, Negative respectively.

    You can refer Figure 11-1 in Datasheet for more details.
