Please find the SPI minimum clock frequency for digital isolators here: Isolating SPI Signals (Rev. A)

For ISO77xx family of devices (includes ISO7762), the minimum clock frequency would be 15.6MHz.

If you are talking about the general data rate of the device, the device data rate is 100Mbps.

Sorry for the confusion earlier. The max and min SPI speeds can be calculated more accurately which is described in this FAQ for more details: [FAQ] How to calculate the maximum SPI speed supported by a digital isolator? - Isolation forum - Isolation - TI E2E support forums

Considering the ISO7762 device, the minimum propagation delay is 6ns and the maximum propagation delay is 17ns. Using these values with the equations from the FAQ, you can calculate the minimum SPI speed to be 14.7MHz while maximum SPI speed is 47.67MHz.
