We are using the ISOW1432 isolated RS-422 transceiver in our design. When the device is powered on without any communication (idle state), we observe significant heat dissipation.
What is the nominal heat dissipation in ideal state?. .Is this expected behavior due to the internal DC-DC converter? Any recommendations to reduce heat dissipation in idle mode?
