Hi team
do we have I2C isolated device like ISO1540 but their VOL can keep less than 0.4V?

Hi Zoey,
Thanks for reaching out.
We have the ISO1540, as you have seen, and the ISO1640. both of these devices have VOL between 570-710mV. FAQ: [FAQ] Why is the logic LOW level output voltage, VOL1, up to 0.8V on Side1 of the ISO1540/ISO1541 and ISO1640/ISO1641 bidirectional I2C isolators? - Isolation forum - Isolation - TI E2E support forums
If you are looking to have lower VOL, one way to solve this is to use a bidirectional I2C buffer with lower VOL, between the ISO1540/ISO1640 and the MCU. I2C buffers can have lower VOL value which can make it more compatible in customer's system (for reference: ISO1540: ISO1540 side 1 VOL voltage).
