ISO7762: Isolator supply for work with 3.3V controller and 5V CAN transceiver

I wanted to use ISO7762 part to isolate CAN transceiver. I want to interface VCC1 side of this isolator with 3.3V Microcontroller and VCC2 of isolator to 5V CAN transceiver. As per isolator ISO7762 datasheet, VCC1 and VCC2 recommended operating condition is 2.25V to 5.5V. Is it okay to operate VCC1 with 3.3V and VCC2 with 5V?

Yes, all our digital isolators can operate at independent VCC1 and VCC2 level. The above application of VCC1=3.3V and VCC2 =5V will work absolutely fine.
