As title, have we specified the propagation delay time of the condition - VCC1=3.3V & VCC2=5V?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Since the propagation delay between VCC1=VCC2=3.3V and VCC1=VCC2=5V is the same at 11ns(typ) and 18ns(max), the same can be considered for when VCC1=3.3V and VCC2=5V.
