Tool/software:

I am reaching out to request Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE) data for the component. Could you please provide us with the CTE values ? We would appreciate it if you could provide the CTE values in ppm/°C or ppm/°F, as well as the temperature range over which the values are applicable.

    Thanks for reaching out. 

    Please allow me to reach out to some experts in my team. Once I get some CTE information, I will respond. Tomorrow is a Holiday for TI, so it may be mid next week before I get some information.

    Hi Tamren,

    I have reached out to our team and they notified me that tests need to be conducted in order to gather data for the CTE. The CTE should be available in a month (end of May or June). I will keep following up with the experts and reach back out once we have the CTE for the ISO7641 device.

    I will mark this post closed for now and respond once I have the information.
