Hi Tommy,

All the devices listed are Multi-Chip Module(MCM) with 2 dies separated by some insulation distance and electrically connected through Bond Wires to provide high voltage galvanic isolation. Therefore, They are all Non-Monolithic Devices.

Yes, ISO7021 is Non-Monolithic as well.
