As per datasheet this IC supports both 1.8V to 3.3V and 3.3V to 1.8V translation. Can you please share the data rate supported for the 3.3V to 1.8V translation?.

3.3V to 1.8V translation will still support 380Mbps.

Are you sure? The datasheet does not promise more than 200 Mbps, and the specified propagation delay is higher.

Under the features section, you can see the part supports 200Mbps when translation to 1.8V.
