ISO7220A-Q1: Do the ISO7220MDR and ISO7220AQDRQ1 use the same die?

As in the title, we have some testing on the ISO7220MDR but would prefer to use the ISO7220A-Q1 without redoing the testing. So can you confirm if they use the same die?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    I would like to point out that ISO7220MDR and ISO7220A-Q1 have different data rates (ISO7220M is 150Mbps and ISO7220A/ISO7220A-Q1 are 1Mbps) and therefore are not the same devices. Please make sure re-confirm the data rate requirements since the difference between data rate is significant.

    I understand that they are different devices and have quite different performance specifications. I would like to know if the same die is used for both devices, in other words, the difference between the two devices is purely one of speed binning during tape-out which determines which die should be classed as which part. Does this make sense and can you confirm for me if this is correct?

    Thank you for replying.

    I can not share if the isolators have the same die. The ISO7220MDR and ISO7220A-Q1 are different devices and are configured differently which allows them to have different performance. Both device go through TI's quality tests (the Q1 devices go through additional test to comply with automotive standards).
