Thanks for reaching out.
The old standard IEC 60884-11 lifetime margin was 87.5% which resulted in >100yrs lifetime measurement.
The new standard IEC 60747-17 redefined the lifetime margin to 50%. This is why we have updated our lifetime and plots to match the new standard.

Hi Brian,
TI does not currently offer 6 channel digital isolators with VIMP>9.6kV.
However, TI does offer the ISO78xx family of isolators which supports a VIMP of 9.8kV. Please see the insulation specifications below for the ISO7841:
