SN6505A: Efficiency in low power

Tool/software:

I need an isolated ±5V from 5V input with only few milliamperes of output current. I came across SN6501 and SN6505 and possible solutions seem:


1. SN6505A + Würth 750315240 which has 80% efficiency at 25mA, but there is no information for lower current.
2. SN6501 + Würth 750313638 has efficiency of 0-40% below 10mA.

It seems, SN6505 is designed for higher current. But can I expect similar efficiency also for the first option? Since we already use SN6505A in other products, I would prefer to use it if the performance is similar.

Does TI prefer one over the other, or is there any better solution you recommend with increasing the BOM?

    SN6505x is designed for higher output currents and getting higher efficiency for very low output current is challenging. 

    Please refer below efficiency graph from SN6501 datasheet, for 5mA output current the efficiency is higher than 60%. If efficiency is critical  SN6501 is comparatively better.
