ISO3086: Changes from Revision I (April 2017) to Revision J (August 2023)

We have issued a PCN to our Disty customers.

In the change history, page 8 of the Rev J datasheet states "Updated electrical and switching characteristics to match device performance."

How specifically have these switching characteristics changed?

Thank you for the comparison between the old and new revisions.

The data rate of ISO3086 is 20Mbps,

but is it correct to say that this is sufficient for our customers even if the input capacitance and pulse skew increase in the new fab?

Hello Yuyama-san,

Yes, ISO3086 still has a data rate of 20Mbps which has been tested and confirmed as part of the update. The changes to the specs should not affect data rate.
