We are looking to estimate the lifetime hours of the ISOM8111DFSR. Do you know how we could measure this? Is there any official test plan for that purpose? For example, is it standard to supply the LED with the highest rated current and measure how many hours it takes for the optocoupler’s LED to fail, etc.? Please help me with this issue.
