ISOM8113: SPICE model does not exist on the TI website

Hi!

I would like to do an LTSpice simulation with ISOM8113, ISOM8112 and ISOM8111 parts. On the TI website on the page for those parts in the Design Tools& Simulation I can only see the model for ISOM8110. This part has a different CTR characteristic, and so wont give me accurate simulation if I used it instead.

Could you please help me get the SPICE models or point me to a place where I could find models specifically for the ISOM8113, ISOM8112 and ISOM8111?

    Hello Kristina, 

    We only have the PSPICE-for-TI model for ISOM8110. The model is unencrypted so you can simply change the CTR value to the CTR that is needed for your test. For example, if CTR = 440% to change to CTR = 4.4.
