ISO7762: We face issue in connecting the ADS.

Part Number: ISO7762

Tool/software:

We face the customer complaint as the functional failure (ADS131m not connected) )in date code 2425 MPN# ISO7762DWR  MFR# TEXAS INSTRUMENTS 

But while replaced the component in the board with date code 2307  and it has passed testing.

    Thanks for reaching out. Can you please provide additional information?

    1. Can you please describe the failure with more detail? Is there output signal issue? power issue? More detail on what exactly is happening will be helpful.
    2. Can you please provide schematic and PCB layout picture?
    3. Can you please share any waveforms showing the failure?
    4. how many failures occurred? how many devices were tested in total?

    Can you check CPR251124173 , 

    We face issue in Date code 2425 which is received from Texas Instruments.
    In board level , two locations of this part are mounted U4 and U5. While replacing the board with the same date code 2425, the board failed.
    But when we replaced the isolator with a date code of 2307 the board passed testing. 
    Pls let us know if there are any changes / modifications done in the year 2023 & 2024
