I am looking for a level shifter (preferable a quad-signal one) which includes isolation.

Low side voltage: 1.2V

High voltage side: 3.3V or 5V

bit rate: >80Mb/s

Is may you please recommend me a part number or an equivalent solution?

Hello,

The AVC4T245 (dir-cntrl level shifter) can be used here to support the 1.2V to 3.3V or TXU0x04 up to 5V for translation at 80Mbps. To put part in isolation, EN should be driven low to GND to place the device into HIGH-Z.

Thanks a million for your answer.

The part would is perfect but I am looking one that also includes explicit isolation, for example, optic isolation to remove a ground loop.

is there an equivalent or a similar part that includes isolation as well?

Hi Jorge,

I see, in that case there is a new ground-tolerant translator released recently that supports ground loop isolation through non-galvanic methods. Here is the landing page for the device: www.ti.com/.../products.html. Please note that the min. voltage supported by these devices is currently 1.71V min. however.
