No, The ISO674x (eg ISO6741) is not radiation hardened. I am assuming you are asking in regards to aerospace applications, in which case the ISO141-SEP device is a great option. The ISOS141-SEP device is our Radiation tolerant digital isolator that supports up to 100Mbps and comes in the DW package. This device has 4 channels total (3 forward and 1 reverse channels) and is commonly used for space applications.
