Customer wants to replace the transformer used for SN6505B-Q1 from HCTSM8 to HCT8, can you support to analyze if the replacement is reasonable? And If will impact the EMC performance?

Besides, do you have SN6505B-Q1+HCTSM8 and SN6505B-Q1+HCT8 RE/CE test report? Pls share to us for reference.

    Hi Daniel,

    Can you please highlight the reason for this change and the main spec difference between these transformers. 

    Also share the exact part no: currently customer is using and the considering part no:.  

    Recommended transformers for SN6505x is given in data sheet Table 9-3.
