SN6507: high temperature rise (up to 65°C!!) at nominal load

Part Number: SN6507

Tool/software:

Good morning,

We have developed an isolated PSU using SN6507. There are 3x SN6507, every of them driving 3x trafos WE 750319695 (Total of 9x trafos WE 750319695)
During nominal testing, the trafos reach more than 65°C.
SN6507 has RDC not mounted (floating), RSR not mounted, RLIM=47kOhm, CSS=4.7uF, RCLK=22kOhm, CVCC=100nF+10uF.

I tried to change RLIM, RSR and also RCLK in order to observe any kind of temperature decrease, but almost nothing changed!

Kindly provide any suggestion on how to mitigate high temperature rise in circuit.
(I also found this open thread SN6507: High Temp. rise with nominal load - Isolation forum - Isolation - TI E2E support forums which could represent the same problem).

Best Regards,
Giada
