I monitored the currents going into the Vcc1 and Vcc2 pins, and I found that there was around 100uAs of difference between the current going into Vcc1 and Vcc2. Can you tell me how can I solve this mismatched power consumption?

Thanks for reaching out.
The supply currents being different for same values VCC1 and VCC2 is a known device characteristics from datasheet itself. Even if VCC1=VCC2, ICC1 will always be greater than ICC2 due to some extra power requirements on Side1 to achieve bi-directionality.
The Same is also clear from datasheet values for supply currents in section 6.10:
However, as it can been is datasheet - the difference can be minimized by operating VCC1 at 3.3V and VCC2 at 5V but can not be matched exactly.
