Can i use #UCC28C52-Q1 this flyback ic to design wide range input voltage flyback desing like 9VAC to 265VAC & output is 1.2 Watt ?

Hi,

UCC28C53-Q1 should be used if the converter needs to start up at 9VAC.

No, but the closest is 40Vdc to 1000Vdc, UCC28C56EVM-066.
