As Clemens requested, The complete part number of the device would be helpful. The ISO7740-Q1 in tube packaging is being discontinued. But the same ISO7741-Q1 device in tape and reel packaging is still being produced. ISO7740-Q1 data sheet, product information and support | TI.com
