I try to evaluate SN6507 with TX2-ZE2428-AED transformer on SN6507DGQEVM and I have a lot of jitter on switching nodes. This cause a no good efficiency. Here's my setup:

default SR
DC_48%
Clock: 1MHz
No input snobber
No output snobber
VIN: 13VDC
VLDO adjustable to 5VDC

See the SW node on Oscilloscope:

C1, C2: input, C3, C4: output

Is this normal to obtain these signals?

Hi Eric,

Can you also capture the waveform on input of LDO?

The transformer selected looks have 2.8 turns ratio and will have very high output voltage drop across LDO. For 13V to 5V conversion TX2-ZE2429-AED is the right part.

Can you open J4 and capture the waveforms once.

J4 is opened, I don't use the LDO. My setup is to drive a 24V isolated device. Sorry for confusion on my last bullet point in the setup

Can you please capture Vin and Vout waveforms. Also please mark the probing location and jumper positions in schematic and share.
