Please help to find the thermal data for the part SN6501DBVR. We need the following datas:

    Hi Abhijith,

    We do not specify case temp for our device, instead we specify the max ambient temp.  

    However we do provide ambient to junction and top of case to junction thermal impedances which can be used to estimate the case temperature based on known power consumption.
