ISO7842: Digital isolator for gate drive application

I want to design a gate driver module for a 2.3kv Sic modules. Isolation requirement (reinforced isolation) is given below;

Gate driver ICs in the market are not meeting these requirements. So we are planning to pair-up digital isolator and gate driver IC to meet the high level isolation. Please share any application details of the same for ISO7842 digital isolator. How we can pair-up this this gate driver to achieve highest isolation voltage.

    Are the above criteria requirements you need for the isolator itself? or is this the system-level requirements that you have listed?

    Gate driver ICs in the market are not meeting these requirements. So we are planning to pair-up digital isolator and gate driver IC

    Will you be using isolated gate drivers in conjunction with the digital isolator? If you have a block diagram or schematic, it would be more helpful to understand your system.

    Actually the given requirements are for gate driver isolation. We found your ISO6742-Q1(dww) digital isolator which is suitable for our application but the impulse isolation level is 10kV. As our requirement is 13kV, we can't use digital isolator alone. So we need your suggestion/solutions for pairing up a digital isolator and a gate driver for achieving the 13kV impulse isolation. If any application of digital isolator + gate driver is implemented previously using your digital isolator please share the details/ your suggestions.

    Thank you for the explanation, this was very helpful.

    Please give me some time to search for some solutions. 

    From what I can provide at this point, the ISO6742DWW device can support VIOSM = 13kV and VIMP = 10kV. We also have the ISO784xDWW which supports VIOSM = 12.8kV and VIMP = 9.8kV. the VIOSM would be the surge voltage capability of the device. Can you please confirm which spec is important? VIOSM or VIMP?
