    Hi San,

    Thanks for reaching out. 

    "self-powered" is a bit vague to understand exactly what you mean, so I will provide a couple options for you:

    1. if you would like only one side to be powered (only one VCC or just one power supply), the ISOW7721 is a good option. This device is a digital isolator with integrated DC/DC converter. This means that the side 1 needs to be supplied while side 2 is already powered by the internal DC/DC converter: https://www.ti.com/product/ISOW7721

    2. If you are looking for the input signal to power the device, then using an opto-emulator is a good solution, such as the ISOM8110. This device does not require a separate power supply: https://www.ti.com/product/ISOM8110

    Hi Aaditya,

    ADI has some series like MAX22517-MAX22519 for self-powered supply digital isolator. 

    Do you have any replacement part for it?

    Hi San,

    We don't have a 8 Pin P2P replacement to above parts.

    However, you can analyze ISOW7841, ISOW7721 and ISOW7741 which are similar devices but in different packages (mentioned in their datasheet) and more power deliver on secondary side.
