This part only requires passives components (resistors to limit the current). The part will have a flat CTR over lifetime and temperature compared to traditional optocouplers. Upgrade photoMOS, SSR and Push-Pull, Totem-Pole, or Transistor Output Optocouplers With Opto-emulators (Rev. A)

The CTR is linear. The output current will scale linearly using the equation IC = IF * CTR. A simple resistor is all that is needed to sense voltage and create a proportional current.

Sorry, I think I misunderstood your question.
What I mean is that ISOM8110 only needs an input resistor and a pull-up resistor in order to operate by itself. The below diagram is a good example (Cin and CL are optional.

Are you using the ISOM8110 for an isolated flyback controller as in the datasheet typical application?
