Thanks for reaching out. Please find my inputs below:

The Datasheet has the MSL rating/ Peak reflow mentioned as Level-3-260C-168 HR.

Now based on the Application Report: MSL Ratings and Reflow Profiles (Rev. A), The IC packages are classified according to J-STD-020 and withstand three reflow cycles (Refer Section 5)
