ISO3082: data not receive at RO pin in ISO3082

Thank you for reaching out. I understand that the R pin of ISO3082 (the logic level receiver pin) may be failing in your application. Is this correct? 

• Please describe how the failure is identified. Is the failure intermittent or persistent? Is the pin 'stuck' low? 
• Please include a schematic capture of ISO3082 that shows how the diode is connected,
• Please provide waveforms that show the inputs and outputs to the device. Include the D, R, A and B pins in the scope capture.

 - Yes.

Please describe how the failure is identified. Is the failure intermittent or persistent? Is the pin 'stuck' low? 

- Card communication was fail after running of 1 month and i check in card RO pin high.

Please include a schematic capture of ISO3082 that shows how the diode is connected,

- where AVDD - 5V, VCC(485) - 5V

Please provide waveforms that show the inputs and outputs to the device. Include the D, R, A and B pins in the scope capture.
