ISO6720: Usage of Smelters CID002158 and CID002513 in WL1273LYFVR

I am not certain if this is the correct contact point, but I could not find an alternative, so I am reaching out to you here.

On August 29, the following smelters had their RMAP Conformant status revoked:

• CID002158 – Yunnan Chengfeng Non-ferrous Metals Co., Ltd – Tin
• CID002513 – Hunan Shizhuyuan Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd., Chenzhou Tungsten Products Branch – Tungsten

In response, we are currently investigating the usage status of these smelters based on CMRTs submitted by our suppliers.

Upon reviewing the Smelter List in the CMRT your company has provided, we found that the above-mentioned smelters were reported.

Accordingly, we would like to confirm whether these smelters are currently used in products supplied to us, specifically WL1273LYFVR.

• If the smelters are no longer used in the relevant products:
  Please kindly resubmit the CMRT with the relevant smelters removed from the Smelter List.

• If the smelters are still in use:
  We would appreciate it if you could share information about your future policy regarding the usage of these smelters (e.g., considering switching to alternative sources, or requesting your suppliers to remove these smelters from their supply chain).
