What's the minimum input voltage that will trigger the output to go 100% high?
Does it depend on CTR?

Hi Johny,
ISOM8710 is designed for a logic output. If ISOM811x is used more design considerations need to be made. The input threshold is set by IF * CTR >>IC_max, where IC_max is the collector current limited by the pull-up resistance. The ISOM811x has a minimum forward current of 700uA, I reccomend designing above this range (at least 1mA) for added margin.
Higher CTR values will help improve switching times.
Best,
Andrew
Hi Johny,
The ISOM811x is current the opto-emulator with the lowest current requirement.
