ISO5500EVM: ISO5500 has a realted spice model available for customers or not?

Unfortunately, we don't have any spice models for ISO5500. I would recommend you take a look at ISO5451. It's fairly similar to ISO5500.

Not sure if it is appropriate to ask why you pick up these 2 parts to replace the original ISO5500?

Are there particular reasons which you specifically pick up these 2 parts?? 

There are some other parts like ISO5451, ISO5851, ..., etc. not sure if you have reasons not to choose these parts for replacing ISO5500?
