ISOM8118: Does TI.com model include CTR variation?

I'm looking into TI as an alternative to FODM217B and interested in the ISOM8118DFGR (which has a higher CTR), but we can't find the library on the TI website. Could you help?

The library in our ti.com is isom8110 instead of isom8118, I think there are some parameters inside the library need to adapt to reflect high CTR.

    Hello, 

    Thank you for considering ISOM8110. 

    It sounds like you are referring to the PSPICE model, correct? As you noticed, only the ISOM8110 is provided. The CTR can be changed easily by changing the following CTR parameter below (enter CTR as a proportion). The CTR=1.2 currently sets the model to 120% CTR. 

    CTR = 2.00 maybe a good setting since FODM217B's CTR range is 130 to 260%. ISOM8111 would be the closest CTR range.

    Hi Peter, 

    Yes, I would recommend ISOM8111. FODM217B is a unidirectional DC diode input. 

    • ISOM811(0-3) is equivalent to FODM217
    • ISOM811(5-8) is equivalent to FODM214
